MORE INFO ABOUT CIVIL DEFENCE COURSE AND VISIT TO POLICE HERITAGE CENTRE

I UNDERSTAND THAT SEC 2 STUDENTS TAKING CHINESE AND HIGHER CHINESE FOR MOTHER TONGUE HAVE A TFU LESSON ON 10 MARCH MONDAY AND 11 MARCH TUESDAY.

I HAVE SPOKEN TO MR WANG JUN, ACTING HOD FOR MOTHER TONGUE. HE WILL EXCUSE HIGHER CHINESE STUDENTS ON MONDAY. THESE HIGHER CHINESE STUDENTS WILL NOT NEED TO ATTEND THE LESSON ON MONDAY. THEY WILL BE ASKED TO PREPARE PROPS AND LOGISTICS ITEMS FOR THE DRAMA ON MONDAY. ON TUESDAY, I HAVE ASKED FOR ALL STUDENTS TAKING CHINESE TO BE DISMISSED EARLIER SO THAT YOU CAN ATTEND THE VISIT TO POLICE HERITAGE CENTRE.

HENCE, ALL SECONDARY 2 CADETS ARE TO ATTEND THE CIVIL DEFENCE COURSE ON MONDAY AND VISIT TO POLICE HERITAGE CENTRE ON TUESDAY.

Friday Parade

There will be Muster Parade this Friday. All cadets are required to fall in in their Full NPCC Uniform By 1415h. Any absentees will have to provide a MC.

Visit to Police Heritage Centre - 11 Mar 2008

Sec 2 Cadets,

This order seeks to remind you of the forthcoming visit to the Police Heritage Centre at the Police Headquarters located at New Phoenix Park.

Please report to school for transportation to New Phoenix Park. The transportation will be 2 way and you will be sent back to Victoria School at the end of the visit.

The details of the visit is as follows:

Date: 11 Mar 2008
Reporting Time: 1330hrs
Expected Time of Return: 1700hrs
Attire: School Uniform
Items to bring: EZ Link Card for Photo-ID [You will not be admitted if you do not have photo id] and a pen.

Please note that New Phoenix Park is a sensitive location and security is extremely tight, please do not bring cameras and do not attempt to take any photographs at the location.

Attendance is compulsory and stern action will be taken against absentees without any valid reasons. You are reminded that parent's letters are not regarded as valid and only medical certificates are accepted.

Civil Defence Course on 10 March

Venue: Tampines Fire Station
Attire: PT Kit (VS PE Tee Shirt and Track Pants)
Things to bring: Writing Materials(Paper, 2B pencil and Eraser)

A NCO will meet you guys at Tampines MRT Station and will bring you all to Tampines Fire Station. He will tell you where and when to meet.

ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY. A VALID MEDICAL CERTIFICATE IS TO BE SUBMITTED FOR ANY CASES OF ABSENCE. DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST YOU IF YOU FAIL TO ATTEND WITHOUT A VALID MEDICAL CERTIFICATE.
