Crime Prevention Badge

Hi,

There will be a Crime Prevention badge this coming friday during your parade.

This a one-off badge test whereby you will be given your crime prevention badge upon passing the test.

The test will not comence without a considerable attendence.

Also, people who has not handed in your excuse letters for any important event will not be given the badge as well.

Do take note that re-test will be hard to come by as there are other badge test to be taken as well.

Those who have not handed in your swimming certificate, please do so by this parade if you want your Swimming badge.

There will be a TDB (Bronze) re-test during your performance preparations.

Those who have not taken the test will be pulled out during that period to take it.

ROD - 27/7/07

Hi,

This is regarding ROD this friday 27/7/07.

ROD will start promptly at 1430 and all secondary one cadets are to fall in punctually outside NPCC room by that time in your full uniform.

This is an important event for your current secondary four NCOs and also a taking over ceremony for this current secondary three batch.

Thus, i expect full attendance from the secondary one squad and failure to attend without valid reason will result in harsh consequences.

No dinner is provided so you are expected to have a heavier lunch before reporting.

You guys will be dismissed promptly latest by 1745.

Please inform your parents about this.

This is the uniform etiquette that all of you should uphold the next time i see you guys in your full uniform, which is this coming thursday and friday.






Iron lines at the back of the pants should
form an inverted 'V' shape.



Iron lines in front should start form within the belt ring.

Secondary One Community Involvement Programme - Debriefing

Hi,

I am currently still collating the attendance for the CIP for the 3 days.

PASS ME AN EXCUSE LETTER IF YOU MISS ANY OF THE DAYS NEXT PARADE

Next parade will be this coming thursday.

You certainly do not wish for me to look for you personally.

Those who do not submit excuse letter WILL NOT receive their Total Defence Bronze Badge.

Do keep in mind the lessons you have learnt during the CIP and also, many of you were rather rowdy during on saturday itself. So please take note of that. We are a uniform group.

Remember.

And well done for the CIP for those 3 days.

IMPORTANT - CHANGES IN TIMING FOR TOMORROW'S CIP

Hi,

Timing for tomorrow's CIP has been changed to 1600 to 2000


Please do have a heavy lunch before coming as dinner would not be provided and the canteen stores might not be open.


Attire would still be full school uniform with tie.


CI Samuel will take you all from 1600 till around 1730 until which i will take over.

Do remember to bring pliers along.

Secondary One Community Involvement Programme

Hi,

There has been a slight change in plans for this saturday's selling of the "Money Tree".

The only time when the guests are available would be during the reception period which will begin at around 1800.

Thus, you might have to stay back abit later then what is stated on your consent forms till around 1930. Do inform your parents about this.

Those who have problems staying back, please form a seperate squad at the dismissal time stated on your consent form.

CIP hours will be awarded accordingly.

The attire for saturday would be school uniform with tie and fall in outside np room at 1430.

From 1430 to ard 1700 we will do some touch up on the tree and the proper procedure for selling of the leaves after which we will prepare for the reception at 1800.

Do bring along your pliers as well.

Secondary One Community Involvement Programme

Hi,

Do note that tomorrow all sec 1s are required to stay back for your unit CIP

Those who did not managed to hand in your consent forms the last time round are to hand in by tomorrow

Excuse letters are to be handed in for the last parade as well.

Things to bring include

1. Scissors
2. Wire cutter
3. Pliers
4. Glue
5. Consent forms (for those who did not hand in)
6. Yourself

Attendance will be taken so make sure you and your friends turn up.

Fall in outside NP room at 1430 punctually. The PNCOs will take you all for ROD preparation first till 1600 before the actual making of the leaves will begin.

Be prepared to stay back abit later like around 1800 instead of 1730.

There will be training on Friday, 6th July 2007, 1430h-1745h.
Sec 1s will be doing drills and CIP briefing.
Attire is PT Kit. Bring along your full uniform.
Attendance is compulsory.

Secondary One Community Involvement Programme

All secondary one cadets will be taking part in a short CIP to raise funds for Children-At-Risk Empowerment Association (CARE Singapore) .

The whole idea of this CIP will be briefed to you this coming parade.

You will be required to be down in school on the 9th and 10th of July, which is next monday and tuesday to prepare for the CIP. CIP hours will be given to you guys.

Consent forms will be given out to you.

Do inform your parents about his event.
